Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and fb005 ("we," "us," or "the Company"). Access to and use of the fb005 platform, including all games, financial services, and account features, is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the fb005 platform.

Continued use of the fb005 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Where duplicate accounts are identified, fb005 reserves the right to: consolidate balances at its sole discretion; close all accounts associated with the same individual; and forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from the duplicate account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an Account, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information to reflect any changes. fb005 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fb005 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
You agree to notify fb005 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. fb005 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to secure your credentials.
The default Account currency on the fb005 Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific game interface or payment method description.
fb005 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its users. By creating an Account, you consent to these verification procedures.
Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any time at fb005's discretion, you may be required to provide:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months and maintain a positive Balance will be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. fb005 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder before dormancy fees commence.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fb005 Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any fb005 Content; use any automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform; reverse-engineer any software or technology underlying the Platform; or use the fb005 brand, name, or logo in any manner without prior written consent from fb005.
The fb005 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb005 disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
fb005 does not guarantee that: the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code; any specific game will be available at any given time; or that specific bet outcomes will occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fb005's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding amounts already withdrawn.
fb005 shall not be liable for: loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, or data; indirect or consequential losses; losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform; or losses caused by events outside fb005's reasonable control (force majeure).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
fb005 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at fb005.club/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept fb005's Privacy Policy.
Key data practices that Users should be aware of include: fb005 collects personal data necessary for account management, KYC compliance, financial transaction processing, and the delivery of a personalized platform experience; fb005 does not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes; personal data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities only as required for Platform operations and legal compliance; Users have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
fb005 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected violation of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period; receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder; a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request; or the Account holder's death (in which case the estate of the deceased should contact fb005's customer support).
In the event of an Account closure for suspected prohibited conduct, fb005 will withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a violation, fb005 may forfeit all or part of the Balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Where an investigation clears the Account holder of any breach, fb005 will return the Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds) without undue delay.
A User may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting fb005's customer support. All pending wagers will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining Balance will be withdrawn to the User's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.
These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the fb005 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and fb005 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through fb005's internal customer support and complaints process. A formal written complaint may be submitted to fb005 via the contact details set out in Section 17.
fb005 commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 30 business days. If you are not satisfied with fb005's response to a formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.
Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
fb005 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fb005 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or Platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
The amended Terms will be published at fb005.club/terms-conditions with the effective date prominently displayed. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
Current Version: These Terms were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. Users who registered prior to this date are subject to these Terms from the effective date of the latest update. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon written request to fb005 customer support.
